Frequently Asked Questions

  • Project-based means we work toward a clearly defined outcome with a set scope, timeline, and deliverables. You’re not paying for open-ended hours or ongoing availability—you’re investing in a completed operational system. Once the project is complete, you own the workflows, documentation, and structure outright.

  • Yes. Google Workspace is our primary operating environment. We build and optimize systems using Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and shared folders so everything is centralized, searchable, and easy for your team to maintain long-term.

If your Workspace is already set up, we improve it. If it’s disorganized or inconsistent, we clean it up.

  • Very little. Most clients only need:

    • One kickoff call (60–90 minutes)

    • One or two brief check-ins

    • A final review and handoff

We handle the heavy lifting and only involve you when decisions genuinely require leadership input.

  • We are tool-agnostic but opinionated.

We work inside your existing tools whenever possible, including Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, and Airtable. If your current setup isn’t serving you, we’ll recommend a better option and manage the transition without disrupting your team.

  • Yes. Documentation is non-negotiable.

Every system we build includes clear SOPs, defined ownership, and repeatable workflows. When needed, we also provide walkthroughs or team training to ensure the system is actually adopted—not ignored.

  • You keep everything.

At project completion, you receive fully built systems, complete documentation, and clear next-step recommendations. Continued support or additional projects are optional and scoped separately—there are no forced retainers.

  • Yes—especially for businesses experiencing operational strain.

This work is ideal for founders and small teams who feel bottlenecked, disorganized, or stuck relying on memory instead of systems. If your operations feel fragile, this is likely a strong fit.

  • Start by reaching out through the contact form. We’ll review your needs, confirm fit, and outline the recommended project scope. If it makes sense to move forward, you’ll receive a clear proposal and timeline—no ambiguity.
